Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using 22phdream. By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. These terms govern your relationship with the platform and apply to all players in the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 22phdream platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you, the user, and 22phdream as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any services offered by the platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 22phdream, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing the platform through a mobile browser or any other device. They govern all activities on the platform including account registration, game participation, deposits, withdrawals, use of promotional offers, and interactions with customer support. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

This minimum age requirement is a hard limit and is non-negotiable under any circumstance. If you are under 18 years old, you are prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or engaging with any part of the platform. In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity — to hold a personal account on 22phdream. While 22phdream primarily serves players located in the Philippines, it is the sole responsibility of the user to verify that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their specific location. 22phdream reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. 3. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of 22phdream, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform; multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, or device are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person or allow third parties to use your account for any purpose.
When creating your account, you agree to provide a valid email address that you actively monitor, as 22phdream uses email for account verification, transaction notifications, and important platform communications. You are required to complete the identity verification process before your first withdrawal. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued identification document issued in the Philippines. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account's withdrawal capabilities. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 22phdream support immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that could reasonably have been prevented by the account holder.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of 22phdream, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the platform, including but not limited to automated access, scraping, hacking attempts, or the use of bots, scripts, or other unauthorised software tools. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
You agree not to use 22phdream for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that violates applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users or platform staff. All communication with the 22phdream support team must be conducted in a respectful and constructive manner. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 22phdream reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, or referral to relevant authorities, where violations are confirmed.
- No automated tools, bots, or scripts may be used on the platform.
- Game manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is prohibited.
- Users may not create accounts on behalf of others or use fictitious identities.
- Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct may be voided and withheld.
- Users must comply with all applicable Philippine laws when using the platform.
5. Payments, Transactions & Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on 22phdream — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to transact in this currency. 22phdream does not support foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion services are provided through the platform. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their own payment providers when funding their account or receiving withdrawals. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard and the Withdrawal section of the platform.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 22phdream is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, bank processing times, or network issues outside the platform's control. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. 22phdream reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any transaction where there is reasonable cause to conduct further review. Any funds deposited on the platform must be used for gaming activity and may not be withdrawn immediately without fulfilling any applicable wagering conditions associated with bonuses or promotions.
6. Limitation of Liability
22phdream provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, 22phdream does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times. The platform shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 22phdream has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
22phdream is not responsible for any losses arising from factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the user's side, device malfunctions, power interruptions, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation; 22phdream accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Any claim against 22phdream arising from your use of the platform must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim; failure to do so constitutes a waiver of that claim to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
22phdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or is otherwise acting in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the user will be notified via their registered email address. Any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be preserved during the review period and released or handled in accordance with the outcome of the investigation.
Users may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 22phdream support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance — net of any outstanding obligations — will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. Accounts that have been closed due to confirmed violations of these terms may have any associated funds forfeited in full. 22phdream also reserves the right to close inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — after providing advance notice to the account holder's registered email address.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the 22phdream platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22phdream or its licensed content providers. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any ownership right or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the platform's content without the express prior written consent of 22phdream.
You may access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of platform materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All game content made available through third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. By using the platform, you agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used by 22phdream.
9. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
22phdream may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
